After many cruises with our girls we decided to put our holiday to a vote and ‘Bali’ was the top pick! ‘Mum we just want to do a normal holiday, like our friends and do nothing!’ so Bali here we come!!
I’ve been a travel agent for over 30 years and there are many questions mum and dad’s ask me when travelling with children and safety is at the top of the list. I took my own advise and matched it with a relaxing resort style hotel, well located on the beach within walking distance to the markets, food and of course things to keep the kids entertained. So the Bali Padma won!
What a wonderful experience we all had, safe, clean, amazing food, swimming pools and deck chairs to pick from, swim up bar, snacks by the pool you forgot where you were!
There was so much for small children to explore, from the resort rabbits, stroll through the veggie and herb garden, kids club, paint ball, mini golf, archery and tennis. For mum and dad’s there was early morning yoga overlooking the beach, and to finish the day a massage in the beautiful wellness centre.
Buffett breakfast in Donbiu was incredible and dinner with live acoustic or cultural performances gave it a real traditional feel.
All in all we spent 9 beautiful nights at this resort and loved every minute!
