Embarking on a cruise with kids can be an exhilarating yet daunting prospect. Balancing relaxation with entertainment, tranquillity with excitement, and luxury with family-friendly amenities seems like a tall order. However, MSC Cruises’ Yacht Club offers a seamless blend of all these, promising an unforgettable voyage for both parents and their children.
MSC, Yacht Club was such a wonderful experience! Yacht Club provided a beautiful private pool area, dining, bar, lounge with exclusive access and of course ‘Rosa’ our butler! Yes, butler!! This changed the dynamics of being on a large cruise ship with over 5000 passengers, giving us express lift service, no queuing to get on and off the ship at each port, straight back in to Yacht club and within seconds a glass of champagne and a warm face washer to freshen up. Our Yacht Club cabin was amazing, extra-large bathroom, extra wide room with an extra wide balcony! Travelling as a family of 4 in 1 cabin has never been nicer! Breakfast around the private pool as we pull in to each port and knowing Rosa would collect us when our tour was ready to leave was such a great start to the day. Our girls, 13 & 15 at the time spent so much time exploring the ship, from watersides, Ten pin bowling, F1 race car simulator, teen club and so much more! Rosa always made sure she knew where they were and when the returned to the cabin she had a drink, pizza and of course a basket of chips to keep them going until their next meal! Yes a mums dream! Our girls loved dressing up for dinner, white night parties, dancing on the deck and ‘Butchers Cut’ for an unforgettable steak!
Our cruise sailed from Genoa Italy to France, Spain, multiple stop in Italy. What a way to enjoy unpacking once, pulling in to a new port each day and enjoying all Europe has to offer without the stress of planning each day and all the meals to go along with it! So whether it’s discovering ancient ruins, snorkelling the Mediterranean or wandering the markets in each port we absolutely enjoyed our family holiday!!
